It's not such a mystery

Here are some more pictures of parties and other miscellaneous activities over the past week or so. Yow. Just a little over a week more left of break and then it's back to Carrrleton. Everyone will be back by next week, though, so it should be fun.

I've started to take pictures again. Gradually.

Kevin had a barbeque at his house on friday night. (un)fortunately, the electricity was out in that neighborhood, so everything was lit by candlelight. I cut a dinosaur shape out of the cake that berto made and arthur kicked a head of lettuce, which exploded with a pretty satisfying sound, and kevin's dog gadget ate some of it. Downstairs we lit a fire and let candlewax drip on our hands and coke can holders.

Saturday night pete threw his birthday party, which was a lot of fun and provided some hilarious pictures. Finished out the night at bw3's and the hookah bar.

In other news, I am open to commissions for paintings/ drawings, in case anyone wanted one as a christmas gift. email: mimiosity@gmail.com

Good luck with finals kids (unless you're on the superior trimester system) :)

Here are a couple of my metalsmithing projects from last term. I basically got to feel real hard-core juggling two torches, sawing sheets of metal (and sometimes my finger), and pounding at copper making loud noises. Certainly something I'd like to pursue further.

Photos from the trip to boston/RI are pretty self explanatory. The rest are from the last few days of school. I have recently been avoiding taking photographs in an effort to participate more than I observe. The results for you may be tragic but I'm enjoying it so far.

Back in Morgantown for a longer spell now. I've been painting and reading and partying a little bit. Free time <3

After spending my first week of break travelling around New England, I have finally arrived home for a substantial amount of time. Ben, that sneak, commandeered most of my photos during the trip so I suppose you could visit his site for that stuff. But I have a few from the end of Fall term at Carleton, as well as some choice pictures that were overlooked.

A wonderful adventure, to say the least. But I'll leave most of the storytelling to others.
